Our Story — Camp Taveuni Group Accommodation
Camp Taveuni began with a simple idea: create a purpose‑built facility for groups — a place where students, divers, teams and travellers can stay comfortably while experiencing the best of Taveuni.
We’ve built a camp that feels welcoming, grounded and connected to the island. Groups stay with us because they want a reliable base, a sense of community and easy access to Taveuni’s reefs, villages, forests and coastal walks.
Today, Camp Taveuni is trusted by The Island Classroom immersion program, schools, dive groups, corporate retreats, and government organisations from Fiji, Australia and beyond.
We believe in hospitality, community, and connection — and we’re proud to welcome groups who want to learn, explore, and enjoy the island.

What We Offer
- Clean, flexible accommodation options for groups of all sizes.
- Eco‑dome dorms for up to 10 people, small domes for two, and private en‑suite bures.
- Shared dining, outdoor meeting spaces and on‑site support
Camp Taveuni is designed for dive groups, university cohorts, school immersions, corporate teams and travellers who want comfort, safety and connection without losing the authenticity of island life.

Our location
Camp Taveuni is located just five minutes from Matei Airport and provides central accessibility to Taveuni’s most iconic natural sites — including the Lavena Coastal Walk, Salt Diver Fiji, Civa Fiji Pearls, local villages, beaches and waterfalls.
Our location makes it easy for groups to access the island’s best experiences without long travel times.
